Sitting serenely above the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea, the revival of the Mount Edgecombe historic plantation house and Estate heralds a new dawn for what is one of Grenada’s oldest plantations.
Built by Lord Edgecombe of Devon, Englad in the late 1700’s in a perfect, sheltered yet elevated position overlooking the Caribbean. Peter de Savary, purchased Mount Edgecombe in 2006 and has since gone about restoring the house, estate and gardens to become a perfect family home for holidays.
The Estate is available for rent subject to availability year round. Mount Edgecombe is today creating sustainable employment to local craftspeople.
